Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV Hotel AG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

– You are responsible for the daily maximisation of revenue through targeted yielding of our hotel portfolio in Switzerland
– You analyse future and historical business figures to ensure optimal price positioning across all segments and distribution channels
– You develop and implement effective pricing and sales strategies in line with brand standards
– Use relevant tools to analyse competition, market trends and demand forecasts to make informed decisions
– You train and sensitise the hotel teams for revenue-optimising measures to ensure a sustainable increase in sales

– You have completed studies in the hotel industry, business or in a commercial field
– You have at least one year of professional experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel or airline industry
– You have a high affinity for numbers, strategic understanding and work precisely – together with a team of international colleagues
– You have experience with hotel and revenue management systems (e.g. Channel Manager, RMS, PMS, GDS) as well as with business and market intelligence tools. Knowledge of Marriott systems is an advantage
– You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is an appreciated plus
