JOB SUMMARY
Support and guide Prokard Explorer member queries
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
· Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Handle Membership Queries from telephone and e-mails.
·
Adhoc assist Prokard Explorer Members visiting Regional Office.
·
Re-issue Prokard Explorer from: Undelivered, lost or damaged and Returned to Sender.
·
Database Maintenance – merging, suspended records, unsubscribe and lapse membership from lists provided daily.
· Adhoc Operational Tasks.
·
Telesale: Phoning our members for various reasons i.e. renewals, emails bouncing etc.
·
Produce & Submit Required Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
· Ensure good Product Knowledge of all Properties.
