·  Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment.
·  Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team.
·  Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in fast-paced environment
·  Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
·  Enthusiasm, awareness and great team work
·  Able to communicate and showcase reliability
