Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

· 
Apply paint, vinyl, special coating and wallpaper including special paper and fabrics to all walls, furniture and structure

· 
Preparing, staining, polishing wooden furniture, wooden flooring and other wooden structures as required

· 
Spray, roller and brush polishing and painting.

· 
Mix colours to make required colour tone for paints, polishes and special coatings

· 
Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior painted surface, trimming and fixture

· 
Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, shading stains, and clear finishing

· 
Operate and maintain high pressure low volume spray machine

· 
Inspect and refurbish wall surfaces by means of the appropriate material

· 
Mud and tape drywall surfaces

· 
Perform grouting and silicon works as required

· 
Perform maintenance request and closing them after completion

· 
Order paint supplier and materials as required

· 
Operate and maintain various power and manual tools

· 
Follow establish protection procedure and assess situation and use appropriate PPE

· 
Clean up Job site work and return equipment and tools

· 
Maintain clean work environment

· 
Attend daily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift

· 
Follow the routine Preventive maintenance task activity and recorded accordingly

· 
Take care of any guest/ staff requests and complete them within the appropriate time. If

· 
Assist duty engineer to establishes and maintain seamless interaction and communication with all related departments.

· 
Implement the task activity in Preventive Maintenance activity.

· 
Able to work any shift that is assigned to him by Management or Supervisor

· 
Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him

· 
Report any unusual and suspicious behavior of guests or staff to supervisor, senior management and security

· 
Ensure to comply with the grooming standard

· 
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the work place
