Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Archer Hotel Management Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing content creation for social media and business channels, executing paid media strategies, exploring new digital opportunities, and coordinating with the digital field marketing team. This role requires a proactive approach to analysing results, staying updated with digital trends, and managing various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Management
Develop and manage content for social media and business channels.
Build content for the new hotel websites
Update photo and video content regularly.
Upload experiences and content to consortia and third-party channels.
Manage content for Food & Beverage (F&B), banqueting, and events.
2. Social Media Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute a social media strategy in coordination with the Social Media Community Manager (Freelance position)
Work on and enhance the LinkedIn profile for the hotel for B2B channels and Human Resources goals.
Stay up to date with new digital and social media trends and opportunities.
3. Paid Media Strategy
Execute paid media strategies for social media platforms.
Analyse and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
4. Digital Opportunities Exploration
Explore and identify digital opportunities within and outside the business ecosystem.
5. Coordination and Follow-Up
Coordinate and follow up with Marriott digital field marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
6. Analytics and Reporting
Analyse marketing results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Email Marketing
Implementation new e-mailing solution and e-compendium
Drive and execute the email marketing strategy.
Develop strategies to grow the email database and enhance engagement.
8. New Voucher Sales Platform
Implement and manage a new voucher sales platform on the company’s websites.
Develop strategies to promote and increase voucher sales.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years leading marketing positioning for renowned brands in the luxury tier segment
Bachelor in Business Administration or similar careers. Postgraduate certified studies in marketing
