POSITION SUMMARY

About the role

We are looking for a talented and driven Management Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of hospitality marketing and sales.

What you'll be doing

·  Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's products and services
·  Support the coordination and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
·  Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
·  Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and website updates
·  Participate in client meetings and assist with account management
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts
·  Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the leadership team

What we're looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in any field
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms
·  Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
·  Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
