IN A NUTSHELL
Design Hotels is an unrivaled global community for design, architecture, culture, and the definite source of original experiences. Engage and grow the Design Hotels Community qualitatively and build a strong relationship via the Culture journal, social media channels, and the planning and preparation of targeted and customized digital marketing initiatives—always with the focus on exciting and insightful stories on design, architecture, art, music, and food within our key topic drivers of responsible travel, conscious destinations, holistic wellbeing, transformative experiences, and cultural exchange.

· Duration: 6 months
· Compensation: EUR 1000 / month

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Execute social media strategies and support content production, incl. posting and scheduling for official Design Hotels Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Spotify, and LinkedIn accounts
· Create engaging content that resonates with the Design Hotels target audience and aligns with Brand tone of voice
· Support the production and execution of communications and related projects to enhance Design Hotels Community engagement
· Support commercial campaigns related to social media advertising
· Monitor social media trends, track the success of campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve KPIs and goals, applying various tools, incl. Later, Iconosquare, and Facebook Ads Manager
· Daily community engagement management and monitoring of social media inboxes
· Create Keynote presentations for the digital marketing hotel reporting
· Supporting market research and competitive analysis (community growth, social media engagement)
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, trends, and best practices
EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
· Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
· Excellent understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
· Practical experience with TikTok (bonus, not required)
· Organizational and prioritization skills
· Proactive team member who
· shows initiative
· Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
· Facebook/Meta Business Manager experience (bonus, not required)
· Canva experience (bonus, not required)
· Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
· Content Management System experience (bonus, not required)
