DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

The intern will work for Marriott’s Destination & Loyalty Marketing team

Role and Responsibility: 

·  Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
·  Assist in executing loyalty marking activities
·  Support loyalty events management, ad-hoc requests and coordination
·  Liaise with event, brand and PR agencies
·  Provide day-to-day administrative support for loyalty team
·  Supports regional destination marketing initiatives across key markets in APEC to drive continent performance goals 
·  Support with integrated marketing planning of initiatives and campaigns across online and offline channels, to target specific audiences and market segments, ensuring campaign is executed across social, app, email, etc 
·  Is responsible for executing customer-facing brand communications, not limited to brand-voice copywriting, use of the various assets and materials to ensure an on-brand communication style. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

·  Gain knowledge into the planning and execution of portfolio, loyalty and destination marketing initiatives 
·  Exposure into planning regional campaigns and initiatives and gathering business data and insights 
·  Launch internal campaign end to end with clear deliverables 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Development discipline with the following attributes:

·  Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
·  Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Excellent command of spoken and written English
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
·  Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education:

Undergraduate in Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred

Requirements

Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass

Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / uundergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.

Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
