To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

·  Point of contact for our employees, trainees, temporary staff, and interns
·  Internal communication with all other departments
·  Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
·  Assistance with payroll preparation
·  Support in recruiting and creating social media content
·  Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
·  Planning and managing employee and trainee events, as well as our well-being programme

What we wish from you:

·  Successfully completed training in hospitality
·  Initial professional experience in the HR department, ideally in the service sector, is desirable
·  Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
·  Strong communication skills
·  Proficient in standard office software
·  Organisational talent
·  Creativity in employee events
