The Human Resources Manager- Multi Property position will support both Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park and Moxy Sydney Airport. The role is ideal for someone who wants to lead both hotels within the Human Resources Discipline

Position Summary:   

· 
As a strategic business partner - champion, develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver Human Resources results and overall business results  

· 
Responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs and initiatives  

· 
Manage the onboarding of new associates & Crew Members and review all employment contracts  

· 
Prepare and conduct associate learning & development initiatives, orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders  

· 
Interview managerial candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment process  

· 
Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements  

· 
Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team  

· 
Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates 

· 
Strategically create and maintain the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs  

· 
Handle all associate relations  

· 
Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment paperwork and are secured for the required length of time 

· 
Manage Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs  

  

  

About You:

3 Years Relevant experience in a similar role  

· 
Full Time working rights in Australia
