As a Guest Experience Agent you will be:
· Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
· Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries
· Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay
· Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
· Reporting and record keeping
Our most successful Guest Experience Agent is someone who :
· Is a clear communicator
· Is organised and detail oriented
· Has flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
· Has previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
· Has a passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
