Job description

This is a temporary position. 

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and/or the eCommerce industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. 

The Coordinator, Digital Merchandising will play a key role in the ongoing digital merchandising tactic workflows and campaign execution throughout the digital customer journey (desktop, mobile, mobile app & on-property). This role will support leadership with marketing technology capabilities with customer data and creativity to enhance the customer’s digital experience. This will be achieved through working on existing or new merchandising tactics, stakeholder management, and benchmarking/monitoring KPIs.

The role will assist the leaders of Merchandising & Optimization with the day-to-day activities surrounding merchandising campaign stakeholder operations and stakeholder management. The manager will be responsible for leveraging 3rd party marketing technology and digital capabilities to deliver personalized, customized, and curated experiences to our guests and members. This also includes working closely and collaborating with their counterparts on priorities set forth by their key stakeholders.  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Education and Experience

·        Undergraduate degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred

·        1+ years’ experience in digital marketing or merchandising, product management, eCommerce or related function

·        1+ years’ experience in leveraging campaign management tools, marketing and/or personalization technology and customer data capabilities.

Preferred

·       Previous experience managing merchandising or marketing for multiple products domestically and internationally

·       Adobe WorkFront Experience and working knowledge of content management systems and web technologies

·       Understanding of multiple digital platforms and how to collaborate with teams to enhance workflows 

·       Experience in Microsoft Excel with digital measurement, tracking & taxonomy management methods, and preferably using Adobe Analytics

·       Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and products

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

Merchandising Capabilities

·       Maintain evolving inventory of digital merchandising placements across the web, mobile apps & on-property platforms globally with ongoing documentation

·       Work along side manager(s) to organize, develop, and traffic assets across disciplines and initiatives

·       WorkFront management of campaigns and content across digital channels to support corporate initiatives and regional promotions

·       Manage and maintain merchandising tagging and taxomony orchestration

·       Understanding of multiple platforms and how to develop creative content across each – app, web, responsive design

 

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.94 to $41.68.
