JOB SUMMARY
The Field Marketing Executive takes care the execution and admin process of marketing plans to drive revenue, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. This role executes in implementing marketing programs at the property and market level, ensuring alignment with business goals. The Executive works closely with the Field Marketing Manager, Country Director of Marketing (DOM) to activate campaigns, submit materials to channels and merchandises, optimize digital marketing efforts, and support local hotel teams in executing marketing and PR initiatives to a market (or cluster) of properties with some regional proximity. This role focuses on campaign activation - execution, manage and performance tracking, and administrative processes to ensure smooth marketing operation; coordinate marketing strategy across hotels consistent with Portfolio and Continent strategy.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
Overall Marketing Strategy - Development & Execution of Marketing Plan for the Area & Hotels
· Support Field Marketing Manager and CDOM in developing & executing overall strategic PR, Brand & Destination marketing plan for the Area as a whole.
· Provide overall marketing strategic guidance for participating hotels. Review and collaborate on marketing elements of hotel business plans. Understand and apply regional consumer insights into hotel business plan. Guide local property marketing spend to ensure maximum productivity/ROI and brand identity/marketing communications standards adherence.
· Support the execution of cluster-wide campaigns to drive retail and drive direct
· Provide support for new opening hotel marketing activities
Loyalty
· Support Country Director of Marketing on activation of Marriott Bonvoy Moments and events to build brand recognition in the market.
· Support hotels with loyalty strategy and local pull through / activation of Marriott Bonvoy Moments and events.
· Develop content, visual materials for all members communication, app and web merchandising.
2. Reporting & Performance Tracking
· Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports to the Country DOM.
· Assist in monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of marketing budgets, campaign expenditures, and ROI analysis.
3. Monitoring & Executing Administrative Processes
· Manage and oversee contracting, proposals, invoicing, and payment processes to ensure compliance.
· Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to streamline financial documentation.
· Ensure all paperwork and approval processes are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising .
· Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and digital marketing platforms .
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns .
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese .
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
