Bintulu is a coastal town on the island of Borneo in the central region of Sarawak, Malaysia. It is located 610 KMS north east of Kuching, the capital of the state of Sarawak. The airport is located 20 KMS south of the hotel, at a driving distance of approximately 20 minutes.

Fairfield By Marriott Bintulu Paragon is located within the iconic Naim Bintulu Paragon. The 9-storey hotel features a total of 236 tastefully designed accommodation rooms, complemented by a host of facilities for its guests such as 2 F&B outlets and 4 meeting spaces with a total event space of 405 SM. The Fairfield by Marriott Bintulu Paragon will not only be the first international hotel in Bintulu, it will also be the first Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Malaysia.

Qualifications :

Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records,
files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail,
or facsimile machine. Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other
documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Handle incoming and outgoing
mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing
and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities,
business transactions, and other activities. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale
systems.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
