Director of Sales
Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, group bookings, and event planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Oversee the sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
Ensure all sales activities comply with the hotel's policies and procedures.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years as a Director of Sales within the hotel industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with industry software and tools.
