ザ・リッツ・カールトン沖縄では、経験豊富で戦略的なセースル&マーケティングディレクター(DOS&M)を募集しています。このリーダーシップの役割では、沖縄のラグジュアリーなデスティネーションとしての地位を維持するために、全体的なセールス・マーケティング戦略を推進することが求められます。
応募者の基本要件
•ラグジュアリーホテルでのシニアセールス&マーケティングリーダーの経験が必須です。
•グローバルホテル企業での経験が望ましいですが、関連する豊富な経験を持つすべてのラグジュアリーホテル経験者も歓迎いたします。
•日本市場での経験が強く望まれます。また、ラグジュアリーホテルの開業や改装、ポジショニングの経験があることが望ましいです。
•日本人および外国人の応募を歓迎しますが、日本語スキルは必須です。
主な職務
戦略的プランニング: (20%)
• 各分野および営業セグメントごとに、透明性が高く、詳細で明確な3年間の戦略計画を策定します。
• これらの計画の実行責任を持ちます。
コラボレーション : (20%)
• プロパティおよびエリアレベルでマーケティング・オペレーションと深く関わります。
• 戦略的な営業・マーケティング計画を実行するために、プロパティの運営パートナーと協力します。
チームマネジメント : (15%)
• チームの効果的な配置、迅速な採用、入社手続き、トレーニング、育成、評価、コーチングされ、パフォーマンス管理を行います。
営業・マーケティングの効果 : (25%)
• マリオットインターナショナルおよび関連パートナーツール、プログラム、プロセスをセールス&マーケティングの分野でチームが十分に活用し、遵守するようにします。
マーケットエンゲージメント : (20%)
• シニアリーダーの関与が必要な場合、戦術レベルで業界や市場関連の活動に参加します。

Director of Sales & Marketing Position Profile: The Ritz Carlton Okinawa
Position Summary
The Ritz Carlton Okinawa is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing (DOS&M). This leadership role requires an experienced individual to drive the overall sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the property maintains its status as the leading luxury destination in Okinawa.
Core Candidate Profile
Must be a current senior sales & marketing leader in a luxury property. Global hotel company experience is preferred however all luxury hotel candidates with substantial relevant experience will also be favorably considered. Japanese market experience is strongly preferred as is experience in opening or refurbishing and repositioning luxury properties. Both Japanese nationals and foreign applicants are welcome. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: (20%)
· Develop highly transparent, detailed, and clear 3-year strategic plans by discipline and sales segment.
· Ensure accountability for the execution of these plans.
Collaboration: (20%)
· Engage deeply with Commercial Operations both on property and at the Area level.
· Work collaboratively with Operational partners on property to execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
Team Management: (15%)
· Ensure the team is effectively deployed, quickly recruited, onboarded, trained, developed, recognized, coached, and performance managed.
Sales & Marketing Effectiveness: (25%)
· Ensure the team fully leverages, utilizes, and complies with all Marriott International and related partner tools, programs, and processes in both Sales & Marketing disciplines.
Market Engagement: (20%)
· Participate in industry and market-related activities at a tactical level where senior leader engagement is required.
