JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forecasting key financial metrics, ensuring reporting compliance, and providing valuable insights for decision-making. Specialized controlling support to Retail Sales, along with the implementation of cost-saving measures and collaboration for process optimization.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
· Manage the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow for the retail division.
· Ensure that all business KPIs are reported in accordance with the company's accounting standards and HQ requirements.
· Provide professional support for any management decision-making that requires financial evaluation in the retail division.
· Offer specialized controlling support for the Retail Sales department, including specific processes, applications, and reporting.
· Implement strong control measures over company assets and develop asset management initiatives as well as cost-saving measures to increase productivity in the retail sector.
· Collaborate with the retail team to improve key business processes, enhancing financial accuracy and effectiveness.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
· University degree in business administration.
· Extensive experience in financial and business administration, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles in an international retail environment with advanced skills.
· Solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office (advanced in Excel).
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in business English, capable of presenting results to management on a regular basis with strong networking skills.
· Flexible and able to work in dynamic environments.
· International experience is preferred
· Result-oriented and proactive team player with excellent analytical skills, an emphasis on accuracy, and the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines with the highest quality
· English Fluent
