ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are looking for a role of Customer Quality Satisfaction who will join the Quality Department of EssilorLuxottica based in Sedico (BL).
The activities aim at providing support to EssilorLuxottica business inquiries in order to offer the highest level of service to our client.
The perimeter supported covers EMEA countries, therefore an adequate knowledge of English language and relationship skills and attitude are needed.
AREAS OF RESPONSIILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
• Orders entry “problem solving”: root causes analysis on orders not flowing as expected; deep dive in the architectures of IT systems; definition and implementation (independently or in sharing with NPI/IT teams) of solutions to speed up the order and solve the issue
• Technical assistance to subsidiaries in the EMEA perimeter, managing ticketing through the dedicated platform
• Development of KPIs on quality and service level
• Management and improvement of orders flow
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• Problem solving attitude
• Good relationship skills
• Office knowledges (outlook; excel; power point; SAP); contact interaction platform tools
• Optician certificate preferable but not mandatory
