We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

As Senior Process Engineer you will be part of process engineering team of EssilorLuxottica, specifically as a technical leader for metallurgy, brazing and soldering processes. Here some responsibilities you will have:

 

·  Lead all the Process Engineering initiatives related to Metal Frame Manufacturing Processes (Italy)
·  Define Global strategies and technological roadmaps for Brazing, Soldering and all the other Metal Morphing technologies (punching, swaging, trimming, bending…etc)
·  Promote new technologies and process introduction with internal and external suppliers
·  Lead the process standardization for Metal Frame across the whole organization, globally
·  Identify and execute cost savings initiatives as a project manager and technical lead.
·  Act as a consultant for Metallurgy related topic for all other specialist internally in the team or even externally across the organization

·  Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing and automation Engineer is appreciated. 
·  Educational Background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering
·  Extensive Experience with Metallurgy applied in manufacturing
·  Extensive Experience in Soldering and Brazing processes
·  Strong knowledge of Punching and Trimming processes
·  Base knowledge of surface conditioning processes like barreling and polishing
·  Base knowledge of Metrology
·  Strong problem solving skills
·  Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
