JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Within the Market Strategy Operations division, the Go To Market Assortment team takes care of the assortment management for the product categories as eyewear, goggles and AFA (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories) with the aim of ensuring that strategic commercial distribution choices are reflected in the composition of assortments at market/customer level.

The team is also responsible for ensuring the opening of the orderability, differentiated where required, for the different order intake systems (SAP and Digital Tools) compared to the timing defined by the Go To Market calendars, the logic of segmentation Product-Customers and Business inputs of the Market Strategy team.

The mission of the team is to constantly seek improvements in assortment management processes in compliance with company policies and to have control and monitoring tools for all stakeholders to assess the performance achieved.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

The resource will be inserted in the team of GTM Assortment Management in the role of Intern and will follow the activities of the perimeter WHS and Retail. In reference to the Retail channel, he/she will support the day-by-day management of the banners already live and will complete the Go Live plan for the Banner-Region provided in the roadmap with the integration of the new AFA product category. He/She will also be responsible for supporting the reference Line Manager in the development and testing activities of the WHS channel with respect to the integration of the AFA product category by producing the functional technical documentation and training support.

 

·  Support in the ordinary and extraordinary management of assortments for the different order acquisition tools
·  Management of exclusivity rules and requests for postponement of visibility by subsidiaries with critical analysis and approval of requests.
·  Support in creating new assortments for creating new sales orgs, datest and/or digital tool activations.
·  Support in day-by-day activities for managing and updating assortments according to requests from local teams and corporate teams

 

·  Development and management of reports to support the activity, with the identification of the main KPIs.
·  Identification of areas for improvement and/or management of new product categories based on business inputs and support in the IT implementation of new developments
·  Weekly activity monitoring and sharing
·  Support in the preparation of technical documentation and training material

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

 

·  Educational Background in Economics / Management / Engineering
·  Strong analytical and technical mindset
·  Solid experience with Microsoft Office tool (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·  Preferrable experience in ERP system (SAP)
·  Preferrable experience with Business Intelligence e Reporting systems
