What you'll do

 

·  Lead the end-to-end hiring process for our Stores and Regional Distribution Centres
·  Post job adverts and screen applications
·  Carry out telephone calls with prospective candidates, providing them with a realistic overview of the role
·  Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
·  Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
·  Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
·  Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
·  Handle queries around contracts and documentation
·  Create and check employment contracts
·  Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
·  Coordinate eligibility to work and reference checks
·  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
·  Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
·  Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking

What you'll need

 

·  Experience in a fast-paced highly operational role or experience in stores/retail would be advantageous
·  Strong communication and organisational skills
·  Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)
·  A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
·  Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
·  Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
