What you'll do

 

·  Supporting the day-to-day administration of the team  
·  Managing recruitment email inboxes  
·  Raising purchase orders and processing invoices 
·  Professionally and accurately responding to enquiries from candidates and suppliers 
·  Supporting the candidate selection processes as required such as interview scheduling, applicant correspondence 
·  Managing the temp recruitment process and collaborating with our agencies within the office environment 
·  Handle queries around contracts and documentation 
·  Create and check employment contracts 

 

What you'll need

 

·  Previous administration experience essential 
·  Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial 
·  Good communication skills  
·  A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines 
·  Uncompromising attention to detail 
·  Able to use their own initiative 
·  Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous
·  A good team player with the ability to also work independently
