Becoming a Senior Maintenance Warehouse Operative at Lidl is a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership qualities in a dynamic role, reporting to the Warehouse Assistant Team Manager. As a Senior Maintenance Warehouse Operative at Lidl, you will help run the shift, train new starters and contribute your ideas on how to optimise warehouse processes to improve our supply chain. What you'll do
· Perform general warehouse operative duties e.g. Intake checks, picking goods, processing store returns
· Assist with daily shift management
· Promote efficient working methods / highlight inefficiencies
· Support warehouse operative training & mentoring
· Support inventory control methods
· Promote high warehouse standards

*Max. rate includes £1.50 extra per hour for hours worked in the freezer and £3 extra per hour for hours worked between 00.00 - 05.00.
