POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This internship will support the Bath and Body Works digital marketing team on existing digital marketing programs to include email, display, paid social, search and affiliates as well as patterning in the social and mobile space. The position will be full-time (40 hours/week) starting in June.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide weekly patterning reports and insights on key social platforms as well as mobile initiatives by competitors
• Provide weekly patterning for digital marketing and email for key competitors
• Help support online advertising campaigns and key marketing projects
• Help identify emerging sites and marketing initiatives to drive innovation
• Participate in brainstorming meetings for new digital marketing initiatives and projects
• Develop a recommendation for innovation into a new channel and/or existing channels for an end of internship presentation
• Helping identify insights from various data sources (e.g., email subject lines, Facebook posts, text keywords)
• Other projects to be assigned as needed
Qualifications
To be considered for the eCommerce Operations Internship role, the following qualifications are desired:
· University current juniors currently pursuing their bachelor’s degree
· GPA must be at least a 3.5
· Must be able to work 40 hours per week during summer
· Ability to learn technical applications and processes quickly
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time
· Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
· Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel skills preferred.
· Adobe (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) and/or html experience a plus
