The Brand Digital Marketing Analyst, reporting to Manager of Brand Marketing, will primarily focus on the execution of brand programs & business updates.
The individual will focus on the following digital channels: paid social, display and search/on-site content
Roles and Responsibilities
• Translation of the strategy into executional creative briefs, partnering closely with channel managers & creative, leveraging data, customer mindset & business trends
• Develop & distribute cross-channel content calendar to cross-functional partners
• Hindsighting: Assist in marketing campaign hindsight process, aggregating cross-channel assets
• Assist in the preparation of events and other Brand Marketing projects
• Create presentation and meeting materials to support Marketing projects, as needed
• Own weekly channel briefing meetings including balance and testing calendar
• Coordinate with cross functional partners (including design, copy, merchants, etc.) to ensure consistent marketing campaign delivery
• QA creative deliverables to ensure accurate brand and promotional messaging
• Little-to-no travel required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of retail experience in-house or at an agency
• Experience working in beauty, consumer goods, fashion or retail industries preferred
• Ability to multitask and project manage key business priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong team player and positive, proactive attitude with great interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior leaders, foster relationships with internal and external teams, and be solid support for immediate team members
• Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
• Results oriented, must be willing to take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote & Outlook
