About Internship Program

·  12-month full-time  internship; internship period is from 2nd January 2019 to 31st December 2019
·  Opportunity to work for L’Oréal Asia Pacific headquarter in HK
·  Get real job experience and opportunities to lead projects

Requirements

·  University students
·  Effective communication skills and analytical skills, with ability to manage complexity
·  Self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial
·  Interested in the beauty business
·  Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
·  Authorized to work in Hong Kong

Retail Design Intern

·  Support Retail Design team preparing and planning for new launches and promotions
·  Strive for in-depth understanding of merchandising through hands-on project experiences
·  Work with marketing team for designing Point of Sales and launch-guidelines; coordinate printings and its distribution
·  Update planograms for product display in stores
·  Regular in-store visits and update the competitor analysis report
