As the Merchandising Graduate, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless in-store execution of exciting new launches from the largest beauty company in the world. During the 12-month program, you will have a central role in the team dealing with international brands such as L´Oréal Paris, Essie, NYX and Maybelline. The role reports to the Merchandising Manager.
Your key job accountabilities:
· Manage the update of assortment and new product launches, including ordering of relevant material and artworks, and preparing adequate documents
· Support the Marketing team in execution of the go-to-market strategy and the shopping experience at the point of sales
· Optimize planogram based on analysis and sell out
· Manage the makeup unit maintenance for your brands
· Ensure products are given the right visibility and executed flawlessly in local in-stores
· Budget management and planning
Your profile:
· You have graduated from your Master’s program within Marketing, Communication, Branding or similar no more than a year ago
· You are fluent in one Nordic Language and English, written and spoken
· You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office
· You are very organized, have an eye for detail, and able to plan and prioritize your workload
· You manage the concept of multitasking and appreciate working on different projects at the same time
· You are a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
