Job description
Your responsibilities:
You will be a pro-active business partner that will protect the interests of L’Oréal Baltic all divisions and corporate matters. You will help protect brand equity and our international trademarks. You will ensure optimization of structures and internal control, as well as create awareness of important topics and ensure compliance with L’Oréal Group policies.
On a smaller note, you will also:
· Prepare, review and negotiate the contracts;
· Do a business risk analysis;
· Develop in-house documentation of the company;
· Update existing corporate documents;
· Provide consultations, analysis and advice in relation to the business of the company;
· Represent legal correspondence to our local and international clients.
Your profile:
· Higher education in law;
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer / legal advisor;
· Good skills in drafting legal documentation in Latvian and English;
· High level of accuracy, responsibility and analytical skills;
· Strong written skills, capable of writing clearly and distinctly;
· Team player - adaptive, with ability to express and advocate own argumentation, but also with the ability to work independently.
