Reporting to the Training Manager, the leader of the training team, the role will facilitate the classroom training and participate to core business strategies. ·       Deliver the brand values to frontline staff by hand-on classroom training

·       Develop new training material & 1 year program planning of training

·       Connect brand, products, training & customers to align the brand business strategies

·       Build the relationship with frontline advisors to collect feedback and improve

·       Provide qualitative & quantitative feedback and collect market intelligence / trend
