L'Oréal is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative Training Activation Manager to shape the future success of education for La Roche-Posay, Vichy and CeraVe . This is a really exciting role with an opportunity to influence and inspire people as well as working with amazing experts in the field of dermatology and skin science to push the boundaries and deliver on an impactful education strategy for pharmacies across UK/Ireland.
The Activation Training manager is accountable for creating engaging materials to be use by field education teams both on and offline along with educating new and existing clients on brand knowledge, science, products, and sales techniques. Reporting The Head of Education, the Activation Training Manager will be responsible for leading advocacy programs, supporting National Account Managers land training projects for their retailers.
· Define the education strategy in line with the overall brand strategy
· Adapt the strategy to each channel: Pharmacies, E-retailers, DTC
· Proposes strategic actions: budgets investments, ROI analysis through KPIs
· Drive the digital transformation of the education department
· Pivot the education from face-to-face to virtual training
· Support & upskills the training team
· Write and adapt training materials ranging from brand trainings for live face to face seminars & virtual training sessions to express training documents and workbooks
· Take insights from the international education team, local marketing and communication teams and turns them into exciting and engaging courses & materials
· Tailor presentations depending on audience and account
· Works closely with head of education and NAMs to influence large accounts on their category and brand training strategies
· Continue to embed and drive engagement with e-learning platform
· Lead VIP advocacy programmes
· Manages training social media accounts
· Supports live streaming for brands social media accounts & e-retailer accounts
