 What does it look like to work as a Retail Functionnal Analyst at L’Oréal?

To make Beauty Tech a data-driven enterprise, we must successfully expand the opportunities for innovation.

The Retail Competency Centre is responsible for delivering technical solutions across 3 zones / 35+ Countries which are used by 30,000 members of staff in our Retail stores.

We have a CORE team of project managers, solution architects, functional experts, technical engineers, developers, service delivery managers working on many projects to enhance the consumer experience within L’Oréal.

 

Your 3 main goals would be to:

 

·  Quickly understand the Global Retail landscape, and ecosystem
·  To become autonomous on the role
·  To identify where the gaps are, and identify workable solutions to resolve them

 

 What will you do?

Assist in the delivery of Global Retail Projects, namely MARS, the Global POS Retail Solution in 36 Countries, to help ensure the Product achieves a high level of quality in the build, test and deployment of the new version 

Overview of Role

Quality / Functional Lead

·  Lead tests (with automation provider) of V21 Sprints 
·  Environment Testing Readiness (Good quality of data) 
·  Delivery of updated End User Guides (IT Teams)
·  Build Knowledgebase for Run Support
·  Responsibility for completion (Process SOP) of Documentation / Specifications / Completion of Delivery Notes

·  You know what agile methodology looks like
·  You are curious, collaborative, and eager to have an impact with a sense of popularization and argumentation
·  Value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit
·  Have a good level of English
·  Know these tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint Python, SQL, Knowledge in statistic (tests theory, descriptive statistics, probability, integration, Bayesian analysis, mix linear model), R/R shiny programming, PowerBI , Technical and functional documentation skills 
·  Impress us by knowing tools related to data management such as Google Cloud Platform, Github  But if not, do not worry and come as you are! You’ll be able to learn!
