- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Knows how to define the product roadmap.

As a key member of the Retail Competency Center in the O+O Organization, you will be part of a team that develop business requirements and deliver solutions that are deployed in our retail ecosystem (all retail models). You will work with a large ecosystem: Retail Operations, Technical Architects, Key Suppliers, and with L’Oréal IT Teams at global & regional level. You will be responsible for technologies that cover a range of areas within the retail domain.

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:
You will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
As Product Owner, you will gather feature requests, demands, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints and ensure the quality of solutions delivered. You should be able to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
The scope will cover our CORE retail solutions for the POS (CEGID Y2), the stock management solution or the Clienteling mobile app and in addition, API technologies and integrations with SAP/CRM systems.
You will be responsible for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners, working with the Programme Manager, Solution Architect and Service Delivery teams.
There will be the need to assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
And lastly, you will need to identify and help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
