· Open Innovation
· Identify new technologies and startups for L’Oréal Brands
· Market watch and identify how we could leverage E-Commerce and Metaverse technologies to deliver a better user experience
· Prepare and take part to L’Oréal’s presence to tech events (like Vivatech…)
· Scale new technologies internally working with business teams
· Station F Accelerator Program
· Take part in the selection process of startups
· Manage daily Station F relationship
· Identify new business trends interesting for L’Oréal Group
· Metaverse & Gaming
· Take part in the Metaforce Team, to contribute and build the Gaming model
· Manage Web 3.0 activations with business teams in brands
· Animate the internal community
· Tracking and benchmarking NFT use cases

You are…
· A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one!
· Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
· Fluent French or English speaker (both is great too !)
What does our recruitment process look like ?
1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application
If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential .
2°/ Then, if you succeed the HR interview, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will share with you the detail of the mission that has been identified for you.
