Job description

1. Strategy
a. Identify objectives and advise on suitable strategies
b. Build comprehensive and convincing annual or campaigns media plans, optimization roadmap, and scenarios, including Media mix and recommendation
c. Coordinate with Media, SEO, and related agencies to build comprehensive media strategy with accurate execution.
d. Provide market insights, budget allocation suggestions, report on the important analysis, and monitor the effectiveness of various marketing metrics (Search Trend, CTR, CPC, Session, CVR, ROAS,…)to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness across all media channels.
2. Coordinate
a. Closely work with brand marketing teams to support them on improving annual and campaign media performance
b. Be the division media team contact window for identifying media pain points and solution opportunities.
c. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to synergy all resources to have a comprehensive media plan, including EC performance media, PR, social community etc.
d. Manage relationships with multiple Media/SEO agencies and adtech platforms, and ensure all partners follow L’Oréal golden rules.
3. Innovate
a. Identify new opportunities (services, data usage, …) to better engage our consumers online during their purchasing journey
b. Find omnichannel synergies between offline and online channels
