 What would you do as aDigital Transformation Consultant in HR ?

 

First, we are the Global CMO team for Talent Acquisition and we work with stakeholders all around the world to carry out different projects that will help attract, recruit and develop the best talent for L’Oreal. In our team, we work on Data, AI and automation projects that drive digital transformation with modern day recruit!

 

The keys missions are:

 

·  Understand the functionalities within the system and the backend processes to improve ways of working for users
·  Build on Data analytics, custom reporting and analysis to help in the design of business processes/ Contribute to Google Analytics transformation.
·  Work with users and provide appropriate advice or make the necessary changes to the system

As a Digital Transformation Consultant you will:

 

·  Work on building our Data and machine learning processes
·  Drive digital transformation by optimizing ourGA4 platformand developing analytics
·  Within ourATS database, you will be able to optimize our workflow process , customize reporting and automate through testing of different approaches
·  Be able to leverage the functionality of the system to carry out crucial projects requiring digital transformation and the backend construction.
·  Be able to create reporting standards, extract insights from the data and work on the representation/visualization of results
·  Actively communicate of the results of projects / automations with the Global team
·  Provide support to the users of our global Talent Acquisition system.

·  Are a Masters Student
·  Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school
·  HaveGood Data Sense(Knowledge of databases and database manipulation, working with expressions, how to understand the tables are linked)
·  AreDigital Native( experience with digital functionality and interest in dealing with complexity)
·  Havestrong Data Skills(Advanced Excel necessary ) and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableu or others)
·  Think with astructured approach to problems
