The C hange Management Lead, N. Asia will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across the product innovation & development department of L’Oréal R&I in N. Asia. This role requires a strong understanding of digital, data, project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, including Agile methodology, and the ability to manage change initiatives from inception to successful completion.

YOU WILL…

·  Lead end-to-end change management initiatives to enable new ways of working that support our researchers through data, digital and lab automation technology, from initiative framing to implementation
·  Develop and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders and build support for change initiatives

·  Ensure that local and regional change management activities and digital transformation initiatives are aligned with global digital transformation department’s overall strategy and goals

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the digital transformation and human resources departments, to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives

·  Provide coaching and support to R&I employees during the transition to a new way of working based on data, digital and technology using the Agile methodology

·  Coordinate with HR to develop training and development programs to support the adoption of new processes and technology

·  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

·  Stay up to date on best practices in digital transformation and incorporate new approaches into ongoing initiatives

YOU HAVE…

·  Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD. degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Biology, Chemistry, or other scientific field

·  3-5+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives, preferably inside a multinational, internationally operating company

·  Proven track record of leading change management in a fast-paced, complex digital or R&D environment, using agile methodologies

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

·  Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and principles, as well as experience with agile methodologies

·  Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications, preferably with experience in the cosmetics industry

·  Fluency in English, and Japanese or Mandarin Chinese preferred
