JOB SUMMARY
Daily E-commerce Business management
· Build the E-commerce business strategy and manage the sales to meet the target.
· Well-execute and implement online strategy for each key channels in line with brand's online channel strategy.
· Create and maintain an online business: Brand e-Trade marketing calendar, eMerchandising, eContents management
· Implement brand strategic campaign to all E-commerce channel with collaborate with eKAMs
· Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility, improving sales performance, developing premium service and experience.
· Operate and Merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage.
· Drive sales performance through data analysis and online product placement management while optimizing customer experience.
Achieve collaborative work
· Communicate with other cross-functional teams internally & external partners to allocate/consolidate and execute.
· Need stock management with PM, SCM, and eKAMs
· Monitor competitors’ and online channel trends
· Localize and update the asset with agencies and cascade to each channel Monitor New E-commerce Businesses for Test & Learn
· Analyze and manage new e-com channel business and Live Streaming opportunity.
· Test & learn new potential business opportunities to protect brand equity
· Make synergy e-com business with digital contents creation
QUALIFICATIONS
· Education: University graduate
· Years of experience: +2~4 years of professional experience
· Specific Career Experience
· Must demonstrate a good understanding of the e-Commerce channel environment.
· Prefer to have experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry.
· Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
· Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
