Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Ensure that L´Oréal´s Japan employees are understood and cared for, and foster one-team spirit, through engaging narrative, content, and experiences.
Initiate, plan, and lead internal communication strategies to empower the employee population. Generate strategic, dynamic, and innovative communication plans and contents to engage and motivate employees. Drive change management and employee value proposition initiatives, transform internal and external corporate brand perceptions by working with, and leading, key internal and external stakeholders to create a more agile, entrepreneurial, passionate, energetic, modern, and psychologically safe corporate culture.
Propose, design, and drive initiatives to foster more dynamic, engaging, and interactive community conversations and exchanges among employees. Strengthen team-spirit and foster an open and active conversation culture that generates ideation and innovation. Propose, execute, and manage internal communication platforms not only by making use of pre-existing tools (SharePoint, internal archive site, and emails) but also by proposing dynamic solutions to address issues in internal communication. Lead and drive initiatives to improve and modernize L’Oréal Japan internal communication ecosystem by showing leadership in bringing together internal and external stakeholders.
Support Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director in developing and enriching a network of external stakeholders as part of public affairs activity. Actively drive opportunities to bring the latest external thought leadership and transformers to stimulate conversations within the company and inspire employees.

Passion in interacting, engaging, and communicating with people and bringing positive impacts to people and the organization.
Passion in beauty industry.
More than 3 years of experiences in communications either at multinational companies, agencies (PR, strategic communications, consultancy, creative, or digital) for global clients, or media organizations, preferably with experiences in corporate communication functions or projects.
Experiences of driving project management either in-house or on agency side, managing multiple internal stakeholders and agencies. Leadership and resilience in offering solutions in projects where many parties are involved.
Good knowledge of digital communication including Web, SNS, and various internal communication platforms such as Workplace.
Interest, passion, and/or experiences in creating a "people"-driven culture - change management, employee empowerment, and engagement.

Good Japanese writing skills
