Overview: This position is an integral part of the Carol’s Daughter and Softsheen Carson Integrated Consumer Communications team reporting into the Director of Brand Communications.  This candidate will lead all influencer strategies and activations surrounding the US market and daily business functions as well as support on Public Relations, Events and Earned Activations. This position is heavily focused on brand communication-specific programming and will involve a variety of duties, which require balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities :

Influencer Lead

·  Continuous Influencer Engagement and Strategic Development & Management of brand talent, including negotiations and contract execution for owned influencers
·  Support the team’s influencer focused partnerships with consistent research and identification of strategic beauty influencers to target
·  Develop and maintain influencer relationships to drive organic brand support
·  Build and implement influencer marketing strategy to grow consumer base and drive sales revenue
·  Foster and grow network of current influencers and brand advocates, and maintain influencer database with accurate and up-to-date records
·  Lead Influencer Photo Shoots
·  Lead and drive advocacy programs across all brands
·  Analyze KPI’s from paid integrations and support decisions with ROI-based analysis
·  Manage Influencer activities and accommodations during live brand events and activations
·  Work closely with Integrated Consumer Communications team, social leads and Brand Marketing to ensure all brand communications and influencer marketing efforts are aligned and synergistic
·  Ideate around impactful influencer programming to support strategic launches and pillar priorities 
·  Forecasting & Ideation for Influencer Mailers and related product inventory
·  Build, ongoing management, and execution of an influencer content calendar highlighting our key priorities
·  Work in lock step with the LUSA Corporate and CMO Teams to optimize earned efforts across earned channels, including media and influencers, as well as all related outside vendors
·  Manage and update all influencer analytics, utilizing tools such as Traackr and DOMO to validate KPIs per influencer, per paid program and versus industry standards
·  Maintain competitive and efficient talent rates versus industry

Public Relations & Events Manager

·  Support the Director of Brand Communications public relations activities
·  Support and collaborate with Director of Brand Communications and PR agency on strategic planning, materials development and pitching opportunities
·  Support on brand partnerships/sponsorships
·  Manage PR team and/or event vendor on event logistics and execution. Activities could include:
·  Leading the development of activation proposals and presenting to brand comms and marketing
·  Finalizing event elements with PR team, event vendor and marketing teams
·  Manage event elements leading up to and on event day
·  Lead event recap development with PR agency and/or event vendor

Admin Support

· 
·  Update and Efficiently Manage the Influencer, Event, Program Budget/Tracker/PO Process
·  Oversee the Influencer and vendor contract generation and revisions with Legal
·  Manage Influencer and PR Mailer Process with PR Agency  
·  Manage Influencer and PR monthly reporting process
·  Open Product Orders  

Qualifications :

·  Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
·  Bachelor’s degree required
·  3-6 years of experience in public relations/communications
·  Experience in beauty PR
·  Knowledge of the influencer and media landscape
·  Past Influencer Management Experience; experience in contract negotiations preferred
·  Professional writing skills, including strategies, press releases, media alerts, talking points, and guidelines amongst others (preferred)
·  Demonstrates a high level of maturity, resourcefulness, and poise in executive and corporate setting
·  Maintains a positive and professional attitude in all situations
·  Must work well with a large team in an open-office setting
·  Holds a strong work ethic and standard for which tasks and projects are completed (Attention to detail is a must)
·  Excellent organizational and communications skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
·  Understanding of beauty and cosmetics industry
·  Affinity for fashion and beauty
·  Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry
·  PCProficiency (Microsoft Suite)
