Job Description
· 
Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media and search(SEO/SEM)channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales in social commerce and online official stores.

· 

Acquire and retain target groups including salons/hairdressers and end-consumers by utilizing effective digital marketing strategy .

· 
Be the champion of building  systematic KPIs to monitor,analyze and optimize media performance and ensure to target achievement  underlying cost efficiency.

· 
Explore, plan and execute new potential media channels and contentsunderlying O2O strategy.

· 

Set up and implement CRM database management by bringing in new tools aligned with PDPA policy.

· 

Lead and gain online PR and influencers projects as key contributors to offline and online business.

· 

Upskill digital academy, onboard and drive salons/hairdressers to social commerce(SOCOM)business model.Collaborate with marketing, sales and educator teams to deliver successful salons’participation, sales uplift and operation as key parameters.

Qualication

·  Bachelors/ Master Degrees in BBA / Marketing/ Digital Marketing or related field.
·  Work experience 3-5 years in digital marketing or related role .
·  Functional/ Professional/ Technical Competencies (state specific knowledge, skill and experience critical for the job).
·  Expertise in Facebook Ads , CPAS ,  Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliate.
·  Experience in working with e-commerce particularly online platform namely Lazada and Shopee.
·  Strong analytical skill to clearly communicate performance and able to initiate new media opportunity.
·  Experience in FMCG industry or Ecommerce Platform would be advantage.
