Brand Engagement Manager (La Roche-Posay)
We look for BRAND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER who is responsible for building brand image, equity and advocacy within brand strategy across many different touchpoints such as: influencer marketing, PR & media relations, ratings & reviews portals, social media channels, medical advocacy - the heart of the brand with each task, project and relationship he or she develops.
Key responsibilities:
· Overseeing, planning, designing, leading or/and supporting Advocacy activities (influencer marketing, medical advocacy, public relations, social media, ratings & reviews, content partnerships, cooperations with online media, developing CSR activities, events, non-standard projects) in collaboration with Senior Brand Engagement Manager La Roche-Posay
· Developing local communities – brand follower base, influencers, ambassador programs, journalists
· Coordination of brand communication, lead or/and support brand equity projects via Advocacy touchpoints – per campaign or/and as always-on activities
· Managing social interactions by handling/supporting social media strategy – content planning, engaging consumers
· Monitoring, analyzing, synthesizing all campaign data and providing recommendations – usage of internal marketing tools and reports to implement performance approach in advocacy area
· Cooperate with Digital Manager, Brand Managers, Medical Communication Manager, Sales & E-comm Teams to connect Advocacy, Digital Media, Medical and Tech into one ecosystem supporting brand equity and business
· Cooperate with Trade, Sales, Scientific and Business Development Teams to keep unified communication within’ all channels

You have experience in a fast-paced environment , where power brands are part of your everyday work. You have a passion for cosmetics, health & beauty . You like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use. You like “test & learn” approach and want to develop your advocacy skills. Your experience in working on dermocosmetics and/or in medical industry will be an important asset.
Furthermore, you:
· You have at least 2 years of experience in Social/Influencer marketing/Communication/Brand/Digital management gained in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG, Agencies)
· Are working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work
· Believe in the potential of digital & social & influencer synergy and have a will to further develop your skills in this field
· Are managing campaign budgets and have experience in leading multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Have strong strategic & creative thinking and are a fan of “smart solutions”
· Have flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented approach
· Have strong communication and networking skills. You like to work with people and you see yourself as a team player
· Are digital savvy, creative & innovation seeker
· Are optimistic and have “can-do” attitude
· Are fluent in both Polish and English
