Reporting into a Digital Engagement Manager,your principal accountability would be to provide support to the Digital Engagement team and in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business. The role is a fixed term 6-month contract and id ideally suited for creative profiles with a genuine interest in skincare and ability to work flexibly to KPIs.

CONTENT: 

 • Create and manage the social media content calendar and social media campaigns – including owned content, influencers, makeup artists and Kiehl’s Skincare Experts 

 • Create and curate Instagram Stories 

 • Ability to create clear and successful briefs to agencies 

• Strong Storyteller and comfortable at writing copy for social channels, especially focused on Stories 

 • Collaborating closely with Digital Engagement Manager to ensure content  

is optimized for platforms and adhering to best practice   

  • Social Listening, monitor what is being said about the brand and skincare across social media channels and act tocapitaliseon conversations/trends and insights   

 • Localization: ensure global assets and messages are effectively adapted to UKI market 

 • Managing local social media shoots in partnership with Digital Engagement Manager 

• Identify emerging digital talent and content creators (in collaboration with the rest of the team) to constantly broaden audiences and deliver best in class and innovative content 

• Continue to develop and manage an advocacy programmefor the brand   

• Oversee timely and responsive social media community management 

• Coordinate paid content within FB Ad Manager platform 

 

REPORTING: 

 • Pull monthly reports from Sprinklr, Netbase, Brand Total and native channels to report to the wider team 

 • Understand different platform metrics and confidently be able to pull together the right data and insights to support social objectives 

 • Develop insights and learnings easily from social performance to inform strategy and content development 

  

PUBLISHING: 

• Responsible for all day-to-day management and content publishing of the brand’s social media channel via Sprinklr 

• Plan logistics and ability to create & publish Live content.

STRATEGY: 

Support with shaping the social media strategy for the brand, organic and paid 

Share content performance and learnings to devise strategies and tactics to increase reach, engagement and delivering on brand objectives  

Knowledge of key social media tools: Sprinklr, Facebook Creative Hub, Netbase, Over 

Staying on top of, and proactively sharing trends and content within social media and the wider digital landscape.

YOU HAVE...

Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all of the following:

Passion for Social Media, Communication, Content, Digital, Skincare & Influencer Marketing 

Minimum 1 year of experience within Social Media roles 

Experience in skincare or beauty would be highly beneficial  

Creative and a good eye for design 

Highly organized and an obsessive attention to detail   

Excellent presentation skills    

Strong communication skills – written and verbal 

Clear understanding and expertise of all western social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat & TikTok 

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; enthusiasm is a must 

Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability toprioritise
