WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Kwanko needs an International Finance and Administrative Assistant who will be based in Lisbon and who will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and finance management of International subsidiaries like Belgium, Germany, UK, Canada... This means being active in various domains, such as:
- Finance: expenses collection and report, budget follow up, monthly clothing with accounting companies...
- Invoicing : clients invoicing, outstanding debts follow up, cash recovery
- Administrative support: travel organization, supplier relationships, office supplies order, contract and price negotiations with service providers and office lease, insurances…
- Support to other services for administrative tasks when needed: HR, Marketing (translation, goodies man-agement, help in event organization)…
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A SKILLED AND ATTENTIVE TALENT WITH…
- A degree in administration, accountancy or finance (at least a bachelor level)
- A first experience in the administration, accountancy or in an administrative position
- Good organizational skills
- An ability to synthesize and to take initiatives
- A team spirit
- Ability to work in distance
- Fluent in French and English mandatory, German would be a good advantage
