What to expect

You will manage clients' assignments related to high-profile, senior management and executive appointments, working on evaluation reports, job profiles and advertisements
You will build an efficient relationship with candidates and run screenings and interviews
You will participate in the work of the team during projects related to compensation and performance management, talent and organizational development, and others
You will perform research on markets and industries to identify and build a talent pipeline as part of various client projects

What you need to have

Relevant University degree in HR, Social Science, Business or Economics
Previous experience in an HR Generalist, Talent Management and Acquisition role within a multinational company, preferably in an innovative and dynamic working environment
Client centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership and drive simultaneously different assignments
Fluency in English and excellent computer literacy
