Overview Of The Opportunity:
The Talent acquisition Global services team builds high-impact teams across multiple disciplines and
business lines supporting a rapid pace of growth at KGS. At KGS we support our Global client's needs
and deliver in all possible languages.

We are looking for a Global mobility coordinator to partner with our Tax, Accounting and Tech teams. You will be someone who is known for thinking strategically and creatively but stay on top of tactical execution.

The GO program is KPMG's international assignment program where we facilitate the movement of our people on short-term and long-term assignments to KPMG offices around the world. The team also supports all international relocations for KPMG Global Services and assists with Hungarian immigration and permanent residency matters. What You Will Do In this role, the Global Mobility Coordinator provides support on our GO international assignment program and on Hungarian relocation and immigration cases and inquiries.
- Case management of files including overseeing immigration, relocation and tax matters on your cases.
- Delivering the Global Mobility program for KPMG Global services which includes tracking and managing of both inbound/outbound assignees.
- Primary point of contact for questions and approvals for internal clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinates the preparation of Global Mobility assignment cost sharing agreements and terms and conditions documents and ensures the applicable approvals are received.
- Arranges various services (internal and external) in accordance with eligibility under the specific mobility program
- Interacts with stakeholders and global mobility counterparts at global member firms in regards to applicable policies and documents
- Reviews and determines taxability of all mobility benefits; track, report and gross-up in accordance with KPMG tax.
- Responds to general inquiries from recruiters, other HR teams and employees
- Works on finance processes including invoice reviews, tracking and reportingAt times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What You Bring To The Role
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Global Mobility, Immigration or Relocation
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources preferred
- Fluent communicator in English is required
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
- Handles confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Client-oriented, pro-active, service-minded and a real team player
