Opening in January 2020, it will feature 800 single-occupancy guest rooms, 90 learning and innovation spaces, a 1,000-seat assembly hall, and an Ignition Center where professionals can meet with clients to explore potential disruptors, new business models, and breakthrough solutions. The 55-acre site will also include multiple dining areas, a separate social venue and numerous fitness and recreational amenities to support the firm's focus on health and well-being.
KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Program Delivery, Events and Meetings to join our KPMG Lakehouse organization.
Responsibilities:
· Support key learning design objectives to include but not limited to: supporting the invitation, registration and evaluation process, managing changes and data accuracy of facilitators and classrooms in Learning Management System, support Facilitator Logistics, coordinate changes to personalized schedules, and verify data in the Lakehouse App and program evaluation tools
· Coordinate logistics for focus groups including identification of participants, organize room lists and changes utilizing data from Cvent, monitor inventory levels for housing, distribute post-event documents in a timely manner, and manage accurate post-event reporting and information
· Serve as a visible point of contact for questions related to program logistics and course content of aligned programs
· Conduct on site pre-arrival checks and quality review for programs and events ensuring CPE (Continuing Professional Education) verification is functioning in classrooms, support onsite CPE and Focus tasks per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures, resolve attendance tracking issues with backup process and documentation, and confirm digital signage, materials, classroom, non-classroom and general session setups are correct
· Coordinate and distribute onsite messaging and communications to participants, facilitators and staff via the KPMG Lakehouse App, e-mail or other firm-supported tools
· Collaborate with colleagues for support, create and execute effective programs while enhancing the overall participant experience and provide onsite support of aligned programs at KPMG Lakehouse
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year experience in administering and supporting onsite corporate learning events preferably in a professional services environment
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
· Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to support an environment driven by client focus, teamwork and building productive relationships
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with Learning Management System is preferred
· Must be willing to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
