KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
· Provides program/ project management and oversight support to clients in a rapid-paced environment, including development of schedules, plans, procedures, templates, and reports.
· Supports business process improvements, and assist clients with the application of technology to solve business problems.
· Coordinates with technical subject matter experts across concurrent projects to drive activities forward.
· Conducts business process discovery and mapping, including facilitation of stakeholder interviews, workshops, and validation sessions.
· Analyzes policy, determines impacts of proposed changes, and recommends courses of action.
· Analyzes complex sets of data to support standardization efforts and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of two years of professional services experience in Federal Consulting or related field
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
· Experience with program management / support in the Federal Healthcare environment
· Experience with leading stakeholder meetings, deliver / implement process changes, analyze policies, and interpret data analytics
· Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
