Job description
We are looking for a Talent AttractionCoordinator on the GTA undergraduate campus recruitment team! In this role, you will besupporting the execution of both strategic and program-related activities and day-to-day recruitment activitiesfor the key schools within the GTA and surrounding area. You will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partner, GTA Talent Attraction Manager and Campus School Teams.

What you will do
· Manage the Applicant Tracking System from start to finish (posting to offer letter generation), and complete all required communications with candidates and the hiring team on a timely basis.
· Database administration: create and maintain a database of all full time campus recruits, summer students and co-op students for local markets.
· Compile and track standard recruitment metrics (i.e. hiring targets, results and financial data).
· Maintain department expenses including coding and processing purchasing invoices, and assist with the compilation and tracking of outstanding invoices and budget inputs.
· Monitor and reconcile the prepaid general ledger account for local campus recruiting costs.
Coordination / Administrative Support:
· Answer telephone and email inquiries and act as an 'information desk' for potential recruits. Provide high quality service and answers as the front line representation of the firm. Be aware of all ongoing recruiting matters/events, and be able to respond to queries immediately.
· Coordinate any relevant logistics of information sessions and local recruitment events: e-mail invitations, RSVPs, collateral, meeting rooms, name tags, giveaways, transportation, catering, etc.
· Coordinate and arrange on campus and in office interviews: confirm selected dates, room allocations, timing of interviews, names of interviewees, etc. as required.
· Assist Talent Attraction Team (Campus) in coordinating various meetings with students and university contacts. Prepare and compile relevant meetings materials.
· Collect and compile Candidate feedback forms to share with Campus Recruiters.
· Courier information and packages to the students as requested.
· Arrange payment of local sponsorships, hotel bookings and all other local Campus Recruiting expenses.
· Liaise with local office contact to assist with registration and coordination of local training and onboarding programs.
· Manage organization and storage of campus recruiting inventory and files.
· Assist with the CPA registration process and work with the CPA Program Team to collect CPA registration information.
· Perform related work as requested by the Campus Manager and other projects as required.
· At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What you bring to the role
· University, college or related post-secondary education.
· 1-2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant and/or in Recruitment.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Access, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with applicant tracking system technology preferred.
· Experience in campus recruitment and/or professional services environment preferred.
· Ability to successfully complete projects and tasks in a time-sensitive manner. Strong project management and organizational ability.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Highly motivated, with ability to deal with multiple priorities and activities; strong time management skills and ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
· Strong sense of confidentiality, and ability to deal with sensitive information.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work cooperatively with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles and approaches.
· Ability to quickly develop a good knowledge of KPMG's structure, services and key contacts.
· Consistently calm and focused manner, even under pressure.
