Seasonal PA / Secretary Opportunities

Job description
We regularly have opportunities for PA's / Secretaries in both our IFSC office and our Dublin 2 office, to cover busy periods for short / medium term contracts.
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
· 3-4 years of experience in a similar professional services environment ideally;
· Diary and travel management experience;
· A strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
· Diary and workflow management, arranging both internal and external client meetings;
· Financial management via SAP, including recording weekly timesheets, expense claims and assisting in the financial management of the Partner's client portfolio; producing reports, conducting billing & invoicing;
· Travel and event/conference support, including travel arrangements and preparing high quality presentations and materials;
· Other ad-hoc duties, for example supporting business development activities such as RFPs and proposals.
