PMO Advisory Trainee (m/f)

Job description

To support our growth, we are looking for a PMO Advisory Trainee (m/f) for an internship of 6 months, as from September 2019.

The role and responsibilities

You will assist on internal projects and initiatives to improve our operational efficiency. You will be in direct contact with senior executives and managers in our firm.

As a PMO Advisory trainee, your main missions will be to:

·  Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources

·  Establish project governance, guidelines, processes and its documentation

·  Evaluate and improve business processes

·  Coordinate project input

·  Create project plans with milestones and deadlines to meet

·  Provide regular and detailed financial forecasts and reports to the business

The perfect candidate

·  You're currently a student enrolled in a BS or MS with good academic performances and leadership experiences

·  Previous experience in managing and handling multiple project objectives, tasks, and deadlines

·  Experience in project management and business analysis

·  Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

·  You speak fluently English (French/German are a plus). Interested?
